What you can earn
€2.50 per video + €0.30 per 1,000 views
Up to 20 paid videos a month. Views count for 30 days after posting, TikTok and Instagram together, with no cap. Move the sliders:
The calculator stops at 50,000 average views; real earnings have no cap. A single video with 1 million views earns €300 on its own. Most videos get a few thousand views, so posting regularly matters most. Film the whole week in about an hour on your day off, then post one video a day.

- Never film guests, and colleagues only with their written OK.
- No hotel name, logo, screens or documents, and no filming during work.
- Only real stories and real numbers.
- Every video is marked as an ad.

FAQ
How and when am I paid?
Monthly, by the 10th, for the videos you posted the month before: €2.50 per video that follows a brief (up to 20 a month) plus €0.30 per 1,000 views in each video's first 30 days, TikTok and Instagram together. You get a payout e-mail and choose PayPal or bank transfer.
Is there a limit on what I can earn from views?
No. A video with 1 million views earns €300 on its own.
What if my videos get few views?
New accounts start slowly and most videos get a few thousand views. You still get €2.50 for every video that follows the brief. One video in 10 to 20 usually breaks out, so posting regularly matters most.
Do I need to show my face?
It helps, but it is not required. Hands and your own voice over seasonal shots work too.
Can I use my personal account?
No. You open new TikTok and Instagram accounts only for the program, so your personal accounts stay separate.
What about taxes?
This is income from a side activity. You declare it in your country; you receive an invoice for every payout.
Does my hotel need to know?
Check your work contract; some require you to tell your employer about side work. You never film guests, colleagues without their OK, or your hotel's name. If your hotel wants, we send them a short permission form so you can also film inside.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes, with a message to your manager. You are paid for everything you posted until then.
