1. About these Terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeasonHop platform, including the website at seasonhop.com and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SeasonHop. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. What SeasonHop is SeasonHop is an online platform that connects hospitality employers with seasonal workers. The Platform allows, among other things: Workers to create profiles, browse job opportunities, and communicate with employers Employers to create profiles and job listings, browse worker profiles, and communicate with workers SeasonHop is a technology platform only. SeasonHop is not an employment agency, recruiter, staffing agency, or employer, and is not a party to any employment contract, job offer, working arrangement, or accommodation arrangement made between users. Any employment relationship or agreement is solely between the employer and the worker.

3. Eligibility To use the Platform, you must: Be at least 18 years old Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement Be legally permitted to work or hire, as applicable Provide accurate and complete information SeasonHop may require identity verification at any time. Users who do not complete verification when requested may have their access restricted or suspended until verification is completed. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Platform.

4. Accounts To access core Platform features, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information Keep your account credentials confidential Be responsible for all activity under your account Notify us promptly at hallo@seasonhop.com if you suspect unauthorised access SeasonHop currently supports worker and employer accounts. You must register under the account type that matches your actual intended use. Each person or organisation may maintain only one active account unless we explicitly allow otherwise. We may support multi-user employer access in the future. If that happens, additional rules may apply.

5. Worker-specific terms If you register as a worker, you agree that: Your profile information must be truthful and kept reasonably up to date Your qualifications, language skills, work history, and availability must not be misrepresented You are solely responsible for your right to work in any relevant country Photos you upload must genuinely represent you and must not be misleading You will not use another person's identity, images, or credentials Your worker profile may be visible to registered employers on the Platform. SeasonHop may introduce mandatory identity verification for workers. Where required, workers must provide valid government-issued identification. Profiles that cannot be verified may be hidden from employer search results.

6. Employer-specific terms If you register as an employer, you agree that: Your employer profile and job listings must be accurate, lawful, and up to date Any information about salary, accommodation, working conditions, schedule, role, and location must not be false or misleading Any photos of accommodation or property must genuinely reflect the accommodation or property offered You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable employment, tax, immigration, housing, health and safety, and other legal requirements You must not post discriminatory, fraudulent, exploitative, or unlawful listings You remain solely responsible for your hiring decisions and employment practices. Employers must provide a valid VAT number upon registration. SeasonHop reserves the right to verify this information and suspend accounts where VAT details cannot be confirmed.

7. Prohibited conduct You must not: Provide false or misleading information Impersonate another person or organisation Create fake listings or fake profiles Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users Send spam or abusive messages Use the Platform for unlawful activity Facilitate illegal work or exploitative labour arrangements Upload malware or harmful code Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform or another account Scrape, harvest, or extract Platform data using automated means without permission Reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform Use the Platform for purposes unrelated to seasonal hospitality hiring

8. User content You retain ownership of content you upload, including profile text, photos, job listings, and messages. By uploading content, you grant SeasonHop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and make available that content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, improving, and providing the Platform. You confirm that: You have the right to upload the content The content is accurate and not misleading The content does not infringe third-party rights The content does not violate law or these Terms We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to users or the Platform.

9. Messaging and off-platform communication The Platform may enable users to communicate directly. Users are responsible for the content of their communications. SeasonHop does not routinely monitor private messages between users. However, SeasonHop reserves the right to access, review, and act upon messages where reasonably necessary to investigate reported violations of these Terms, prevent harm, ensure platform safety, or comply with legal obligations. Once users connect through SeasonHop, they may continue communication off-platform if they choose. However, they must not use the Platform in bad faith, including by using fake accounts, fake listings, or deceptive conduct.

10. Intellectual property The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, and original content created by SeasonHop, is owned by or licensed to SeasonHop and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

11. Privacy Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

12. Disclaimers The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that: The Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free Any listing, profile, or user-provided information is accurate or complete Any job opportunity, hiring process, or working arrangement will proceed as expected Any employer or worker will meet the expectations of another user Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any employment or accommodation arrangement.

13. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeasonHop shall not be liable for: The acts, omissions, statements, or conduct of users Any employment, hiring, accommodation, or contractual dispute between users Any loss of income, opportunity, goodwill, data, or business arising from Platform use Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed 100€. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted.

14. Suspension and termination You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform or your account if we reasonably believe that you: Violated these Terms Provided false or misleading information Engaged in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct Created risk or liability for users or the Platform Termination of access does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.

15. Complaints and user disputes SeasonHop is not responsible for resolving disputes between workers and employers relating to employment, pay, accommodation, or working conditions. If you believe another user has violated these Terms, contact us at hallo@seasonhop.com. If a dispute concerns employment law or working conditions, you should seek independent legal advice or contact the relevant competent authority.

16. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law, jurisdiction and operator details These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the competent courts of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your country of residence. 18. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire agreement These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SeasonHop regarding your use of the Platform.
